Video requests

I'm open-minded when it comes to fulfilling requests. If you're ever in doubt about whether your request is acceptable, send it and I will let you know if I am unable to fulfill it.

That said, I reserve the right to decline a request for any reason, and to not provide an explanation on why I cannot fulfill it. I will still do my best to provide an explanation, but sometimes the reason is a safety or privacy concern that I cannot disclose.

If I am unable to fulfill your request, I will refund you the full price of your purchase.

You may request up to twenty (20) finished minutes of video per order. “Finished minutes” counts only the final run time and not any other hours that go into the project.

There is no limit on how many orders you can place. However, longer orders will take me more time to fulfill.

You may have one (1) open request at any given time.

Please allow two business days per video, plus two business days per finished minute, to fulfill requests:

I will communicate with you as soon as possible if I encounter any delays or obstacles fulfilling your request.

Please be patient 💙 I am disabled. It can be difficult to predict when I have a flare up that makes me unable to work.

Yes! No portion of your video will be included in anyone else’s custom video. I set up each shoot individually to create unique videos for every request.

Your videos are completely exclusive to you for one month (30 days) after I deliver them. Once the exclusivity period passes, I may post a teaser of up to 15% or 2 minutes (whichever is shorter) of the video to my cinema or as part of a compilation video. I will mark the video as “requested,” but I will keep the context anonymous for your privacy.

You are the only person who will be able to download the full-length video. Everyone else will only be able to view the preview.

I don't have set requirements for your request. If you don't provide me with any notes, I'll just record what I'm feeling like doing in that moment.

You can specify which parts of me you want to see in your video on the checkout page.

You can also specify camera angles and points of view on the checkout page.

There is also space for you to describe your squees (things you definitely want to see) and squicks (things that turn you off).

If you include details in your request, I will do my best to accommodate them and communicate with you if I'm unable to fulfill any part of your specifications.

If you leave your request open, I will use my discretion to set up and shoot the video.

That said, I'll have more inspiration if you tell me about a fantasy that you're having of me. You can write me a scene you've been thinking about, or something you really want to see me do. Be as vague or as detailed as you'd like.

Or, you can tell me about a vibe, mood, aesthetic, or style you're going for, and I'll take that as a creative prompt.

If you want me to use my judgment, you can pre-approve the video outline. I will only contact you to deliver the video.

If you would like to review and approve the outline before I shoot the video, you may request one (1) round of revisions:

1. I send you my outline with a rough sequence of events and with my intent for the scene.
2. You tell me changes you want to the outline.
3. If I cannot implement your changes, I will let you know. You have two options from there: (1) approve original outline and proceed without revisions, or (2) terminate request.
4. If the revisions might change the video length, I will inform you that the price may change, and give you my best estimate of by how much. You have three options from there: (1) agree to duration changes and the price difference, (2) decline revisions and price change and proceed with original outline, or (3) terminate request.
5. If you terminate your request, I will refund you your purchase price, minus $30 from the setup fee.
6. Allow three (3) additional business days to make your requested changes.
7. You have up to thirty (30) days to approve a script. I will send reminders at 14 days and 21 days after I’ve sent your script for approval. If I don’t hear back from you after 30 days, you forfeit any refunds, and I will mark your request as closed.

Video sales are final. No modifications, retakes, or edits.

I retain copyright, streaming, and distribution rights over videos. Purchasing a video request provides you with:

• A high-resolution unwatermarked file
• A personal use license for storing and viewing the video
• A shareable low-resolution watermarked teaser
• Permission to share up to four (4) screenshots/stills from the video

You may save videos to your personal storage, including individual cloud storage, across all your devices, as long as you are the only person with access to that account and/or device (i.e., no shared computers or servers).

You may burn the video onto a disc for your own private collection (i.e., only you have access to it).

You may not resell the video or redistribute it to anyone else.

You may redistribute and link to the public teaser of the video if I have made it available. You may not, however, use the video in a way that suggests endorsement or marketing of products and/or services.

You may view the video privately with up to five (5) other people simultaneously. “Private” means that the general public cannot enter the space, whether physical or digital (e.g., living room of your home, private message). If the space is digital, you may privately stream the file by sharing your screen or with integrated players in personal cloud storage like Dropbox. You may NOT show the video by sending copies to everyone present, including uploading the video to a group chat.

Ticketed spaces and other methods of selective access do NOT count as “private.” They are semi-private.

To show the video to groups of 7 or more people privately, or for ANY public or semi-public showing, please contact me to negotiate a distribution license.

You may only post the teaser and up to four (4) screenshots or stills from the video, and only to a personal social media account or blog that represents only you (so, no groups or organizations).

You may not use the video in a way that implies endorsement of a good or service.

You may not repost the full high-resolution unwatermarked video under any circumstances without my permission. Please contact me to negotiate permissions and licensing.

Your video will be available in your account for as long as your account is active.

If you delete your account, you may keep custom videos that you have already saved. However, because I delete all user data upon account closure, I can't guarantee that I can restore access to your videos if you change your mind and reopen your account.

I want to ensure that you receive a quality video that caters to your desires. That means spending time planning your experience and gathering the time and resources to bring your fantasy to life. The setup fee compensates me for the labor that goes into producing your video before I’ve even shot it.

No. You do NOT have my consent to use my work as an input or prompt for AI tools, or to create NFTs out of my work.

You may create works inspired by the video, such as drawings, fiction, and poetry.

You may NOT use the video as an asset, whether for photomanipulation or as part of a larger project, such as a compilation video.

Basically, if your work doesn’t contain the video itself in it, you do not need to request permission. For all other cases, please contact me to negotiate reprint rights and licensing.
