Photo requests

I'm open-minded when it comes to fulfilling requests. If you're ever in doubt about whether your request is acceptable, send it and I will let you know if I am unable to fulfill it.

That said, I reserve the right to decline a request for any reason, and to not provide an explanation on why I cannot fulfill it. I will still do my best to provide an explanation, but sometimes the reason is a safety or privacy concern that I cannot disclose.

If I am unable to fulfill your request, I will refund you the full price of your purchase.

You may request up to five (5) photos per order.

There is no limit on how many orders you can place. However, larger orders will take me more time to fulfill.

You may have up to three (3) open photo requests at any given time. I calculate delivery time per order—so, if you request a set of 3 photos, I will have them ready in 4 business days, but three sets of 1 photo each will take 2 business days each, for 6 business days total.

Please be patient 💙 I am disabled. It can be difficult to predict when I have a flare up that makes me unable to work.

Yes! Your photos will not be included in anyone else’s photo sets. I set up each shoot individually to create unique photos for every request.

Your photos are completely exclusive to you for one month (30 days) after I deliver them. Once the exclusivity period passes, I may post the low-resolution version of the photos to my gallery. I will mark the photos as “requested,” but I will keep the context anonymous for your privacy.

You are the only person who will be able to download the full-resolution, unwatermarked photos. Everyone else will only be able to view the preview.

I don't have set requirements for your request. If you don't provide me with any notes, I'll just take as many pictures as you request with what I'm feeling like doing in that moment.

You can specify which parts of me you want to see in your photo set on the checkout page.

You can also specify camera angles and points of view on the checkout page.

There is also room for you to include information on your squees (things you definitely want to see) and squicks (things you would prefer to avoid, which can include triggers).

If you include details in your request, I will do my best to accommodate them and communicate with you if I'm unable to fulfill any part of your specifications.

If you leave your request open, I will use my discretion to set up and shoot the photo.

That said, I'll have more inspiration if you tell me about a fantasy that you're having of me. You can write me a scene you've been thinking about, or something you really want to see me do. Be as vague or as detailed as you'd like.

Or, you can tell me about a vibe, mood, aesthetic, or style you're going for, and I'll take that as a creative prompt.

At this time, no. You get what you specify.

Photo sales are final. No modifications, retakes, or edits. It is your responsibility to provide clear instructions and set expectations for what you want out of the photo.

I retain copyright and reprint rights over photos. Purchasing a photo request provides you with:

• A high-resolution unwatermarked file
• A personal use license for storing and displaying the photo

You may save photos to your personal storage, including individual cloud storage, across all your devices, as long as you are the only person with access to that device and/or account (i.e., no shared computers or servers).

You may print the photo for your own private collection.

You may not resell the photo or redistribute the full-size photo to anyone else.

You may redistribute and link to the public watermarked web version of the photo if I have made it available. You may not, however, use the photo in a way that suggests endorsement or marketing of products and/or services.

You may not publicly display the photo. "Public display" means having the photo visible in an area accessible to the public, including spaces with ticketed or otherwise restricted access. Photo requests are for personal use only.

You may only post the low-resolution watermarked preview, and only to a personal social media account or blog that represents only you (so, no groups or organizations).

You may not use the photo in a way that implies endorsement of a good or service.

You may not repost the full high-resolution unwatermarked photo under any circumstances without my permission. Please contact me to negotiate permissions and licensing.

Your photo will be available in your account for as long as your account is active.

If you delete your account, you may keep custom photos that you have already saved.

However, because I delete all user data upon account closure, I can't guarantee that I can restore access to your photos if you change your mind and reopen your account.

I want to ensure that every photo in your request is a quality one. And more photos means more time to take and process them, plus more attention to detail to make sure the photos are pleasing to you. You're paying for a more exclusive experience.

No. You do NOT have my consent to use my work as an input or prompt for AI tools, or to create NFTs out of my work.

You may create works inspired by the photo, such as drawings, fiction, and poetry.

You may NOT use the photo as an asset, whether for photomanipulation or as part of a larger project, such as a compilation video.

Basically, if your work doesn’t contain the photo itself in it, you do not need to request permission. For all other cases, please contact me to negotiate reprint rights and licensing.
